Ready or not, it’s back to school time! For most parents, this means back to school lunches. At EarthKosher, we believe in providing kid friendly healthy food with kosher certification! Let’s face it, the kid in all of us craves the nostalgic tastes of childhood. Nothing says childhood like nut butter sandwiches. With so many allergies these days, its hard to imagine the old time classic peanut butter and jam sandwiches making a comeback. Don’t worry, there is no need to fret. With a little help from Futter’s Nut Butters, the old classic can be magically transformed. Not only does Futter’s offer a vast array of nut butters (over 25 kinds), their products are available in both natural and organic varieties, and all certified kosher from EarthKosher.
Futter’s Nut Butters – spread the word! ( a taste from their website)
At Futter’s Nut Butters, Inc., our mission is to provide a pure, simple and delectable food product to the health conscious consumer. We are also a safe option for those people with health concerns who are seeking the positive effects of purely natural foods.
Pure and made to order, Futter’s Nut Butters products are produced in a gluten, diary and peanut free facility. Each jar is packed in recyclable glass jars to assure freshness and purity. Moreover, we only grind one nut/seed a day taking caution to help eliminate any cross contamination between products. We offer organic and natural options and we are also kosher certified.
Futter’s ingredients are of the highest Quality! Each batch ground is closely monitored to assure the end product has the texture and taste that supersedes our competitors!
I know that things can’t get too much better than kosher certified, natural butter, made from some of most delightful nuts and seeds imaginable to the palate, but I am just going to say this: Chocolate.
Our chocolate mixes are composed of just the nut and a 70% cacao organic chocolate. An amazing super food, our chocolate is dairy and gluten free and contains only a moderate amount of sugar. It is rich in fiber, iron magnesium, copper and manganese. Cocoa and dark chocolate have a wide variety of powerful antioxidants; way more than most other foods including blueberries and Acai berries! It can also mildly improve blood flow and lower blood pressure. So… Enjoy a heaping spoonful daily on your favorite breads, fruits, muffins, etc., and not only will your taste buds thank you, your body will as well!
The fun doesn’t have to stop at a sandwich, try making some delicious and nutritious cookies that will make your child of all ages smile at snack time. The following two recipes can be made with any of the nut butters. The butters made from seeds prove to be most conducive for allergy sensitive schools. Thank you to the Futter’s Nut Butter website for sharing these recipes!
